These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and xc666 ("xc666", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the xc666 online gaming platform, accessible at xc666.cam, including all associated services, features, content, and promotional materials (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing the Platform — whether by creating an account, depositing funds, placing a wager, or simply browsing — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. It is not licensed, approved, or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial authority in Pakistan. The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

| Restricted Territory | Any jurisdiction in which accessing or using the Platform is prohibited by law, or from which xc666 has expressly excluded players. |
| PKR | Pakistani Rupee — the official currency of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, referenced on this Platform for display context where applicable. |
To register and maintain an Account on xc666, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
xc666 takes underage gambling seriously. If you become aware that a minor has accessed or used the Platform, please contact our support team immediately via the contact details in Section 17.
To access real-money features of the Platform, you must register an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as required during the registration process. You agree to update your information promptly if any details change after registration.
Each Player is permitted to hold a single Account on the Platform. The creation or use of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. xc666 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and forfeit any associated balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have notified us of unauthorised access in a timely manner.
Providing false information during registration — including false name, date of birth, address, or identity documents — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities as required under applicable AML obligations.
xc666 operates a Know Your Customer programme. You may be required to submit identity documents (such as a government-issued photo ID — for example, a CNIC or passport for Pakistani players — and proof of address) at any point during your account lifecycle, and particularly before any withdrawal is processed. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by the Platform may result in withdrawal delays or Account restriction.
Your use of the xc666 Platform is subject to the following general conditions of use. By accessing the Platform, you agree to comply with each of these conditions at all times.
All deposits to your xc666 Account must be made using payment methods available in the live cashier at the time of the transaction. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.
xc666 references payment methods familiar to Pakistani users — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and major bank transfers via institutions including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah — for user familiarity context only. xc666 does not represent that any of these providers permits, supports, or endorses gambling-related transactions. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions and no specific processing timeframe is guaranteed. Players should review the cashier for current withdrawal method availability and applicable limits.
xc666 may, from time to time, offer bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback offers, and other incentive programmes to eligible players. All such offers are subject to specific terms that form part of this Agreement.
Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until the associated Wagering Requirement has been satisfied in full. For example, a 30× Wagering Requirement on a PKR 5,000 bonus requires PKR 150,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus-derived balance becomes withdrawable. Specific multipliers and eligible contribution rates per game type are set out in individual offer terms.
Any attempt to exploit bonuses through coordinated betting strategies, use of multiple Accounts, hedged bets designed to guarantee returns, or any other form of bonus abuse will result in the forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds and winnings, Account suspension, and may result in permanent closure.
The following general rules apply to all wagers and gaming activity on the Platform. Sport-specific and game-specific rules may supplement these general rules and are available within the relevant section of the Platform.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment use in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of xc666.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to xc666 may be used by us without obligation or compensation to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xc666, its directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.
xc666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its reasonable discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting xc666 support. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure (net of any applicable Bonus Funds subject to unmet Wagering Requirements) will be returned to you via an eligible payment method, subject to KYC and AML compliance.
Upon Account closure, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including liability limitations, intellectual property rights, and dispute resolution clauses — shall continue in effect.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which xc666 is registered and/or licensed to operate, as specified by the operator. Details of the applicable governing law jurisdiction are available from the Platform's support team upon request.
In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting xc666 support. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to arbitration or the competent courts of the governing jurisdiction, as applicable.
Pakistani users are reminded that xc666 does not represent itself as subject to Pakistani jurisdiction, and that Pakistani courts may or may not assert jurisdiction over disputes involving the Platform. Users accept this uncertainty as part of the risk of using an internationally operated platform.
xc666 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon publication on the Platform, indicated by an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 14.2.
